We contacted several contractors about losing electricity to nearly a quarter of our home and a mystery bathroom leak. Ivan responded very quickly on a Saturday and was able to detect the problem right away. Since it was not urgent, he returned promptly on Monday and completed the job quickly. Very professional and polite and reasonable pricing! Definitely recommend.
