Mark was completing a roofing consult for my neighbor when I inquired about taking the outdoor Christmas lights down from my home. He had another appointment scheduled but returned within the hour and started on the lights. He was outgoing, courteous, and conscientious. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a service they can trust and will likely use him again for future needs.

I requested a roof repair late at night, and surprisingly, a lady from RoofX called me early the next morning and scheduled an appointment for 9 AM the same day. Very responsive! Scott arrived right on time at 9 AM. He was extremely friendly and professional. After carefully checking both the bathroom and the attic, he explained that the roof itself was actually in perfect condition and that the issue was likely caused by something else. I was very impressed by his honesty and efficiency. He didn’t try to push unnecessary repairs and didn’t charge me anything for the visit. Highly recommend RoofX in the central Pennsylvania area for their professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity.

I pursued at least six bids for an insurance claim and finally decided on RoofX. Avery and the whole team are A+. They worked through my many questions with great patience.
