This is a top notch company and would highly recommend them. We contacted Top Hat initially to clean our chimney after wood burning season and found out that the new wood stove a different company had installed was done incorrectly. Following the recommendation of Dan and Nick they removed the less than a year old flue system and installed a much better and safer flue system. These guys are awesome, the attention to detail and answering all our questions have given us a great peace of mind. If their truck would not have been at my home, I would have never known they were there. They left the premise clean and little to no dust in our home. We had a great experience with Top Hat. Tiffany was a wonderful liaison. We had lots of questions and she responded to them in a very timely manner. In October 2023 Paul and Nate installed a Regency wood burning fireplace insert in our existing living room hearth from the 1960's. What a difference! We've used it for a season and are so pleased. Paul and Nate handled things professionally from the estimate through installation. It was hard to tell they had been in our home after they had left. Impressive!

My first experience with Top Hat’s services could not have been better. Nick and Dan were courteous, respectful of our home and offering help over and above the primary mission, cleaning our chimney and wood stove.
