Kramer has been my go-to contractor for the past 5 years, since they did a major remodel on my house. They've also helped me with new doors, a replacement of my porch, and more minor projects. Roy Kramer gives you estimates timely and tells you if it's a job his company can do or if it's a specialty thing, and if it's a specialty thing, he probably can give you the name of someone good who can do it. Prices are reasonable and I also feel like I'm getting a fair deal. They've also done a great job on all the projects I've hired them for. The new bathroom they built is amazing!

Difficult experience with this company and specifically owner Roy. Hung new gutter for us in very aesthetically bad manner, looks awful on old beautiful home, not willing to fix or even discuss ideas to compromise, asking for more money to make it right. No pride in customer service or relationship building. Very dismissive and condescending. I got many estimates and wish I had chosen any of the others. Had to fix ourselves in the end. Stay away.
