Krane Heating and Cooling

We called five Plumbing and HVAC companies in our area for pricing of a 75 gallon water heater installation. They had the best price for a Bradford White water heater. The two man crew came out two days later and installed it quickly, efficiently, and professionally. We are very happy with Krane's excellent service from initial call to the office for pricing, to final install.

Krane was a pleasure to work with for my furnace and AC replacements. Prompt service kept the house warm during the cold blast. They followed up with everything they said at the time they said, no unpleasant surprises. The communication between their multiple techs was on point, worked efficiently and everyone was very polite. I would recommend Krane for any HVAC work.

My furnace stopped working during a few of the coldest days of the season. I have an unusual unit (the furnace and AC are combined). We contacted several companies and the earliest they could come out was five days. It was after 8 pm when we started calling for help. Krane got back to us immediately, came out the next morning and replaced the unit within 36 hours Also the price was excellent. I can not thank them enough. Chaz was friendly, professional and understood the unit. I highly recommend Krane for any heating or cooling need you have!
