Krause Companies

We have used Krause Companies a few times. Most recently, our blower fan in the the air handler was fried during a power surge that occurred in a high wind event. We called Krause first thing in the morning and they had a technician out within 2 hours. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the new fan motor, and was back to install it later that week. Their technicians are kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated to their service. Unlike other companies that upsell and are looking to sell new products, Krause offers fair rates and only recommends what is truly needed. We highly recommend Krause for their HVAC services as well as other home repairs!

We had Krause Companies replace an unused kitchen entryway with a wall of new cabinets. Because our house was newly built, they were able to exactly match the old cabinets. The work was done so well that no one can tell that the new cabinets are not part of the original kitchen. We also had Krause Companies finish an unfinished second floor storage area. They were able to coordinate all the different areas (HVAC, electrical, drywall) and have the work done in a timely and satisfactory manner. We found the employees to be both friendly and professional and we are very happy with their work.

After getting quotes from 5 different companies, We initially hired Larry to replace our roof. During the quote process, he was responsive, polite, patient and very professional. His quote was one of the lowest, but also his professionalism and responsiveness was what made us choose him. The guys showed up when promised, got the work done in one day, and it looks fantastic. We were so happy that we then contracted with Larry for siding our entire house, gutters with gutter guards, replacing the ceiling on our screened porch, and some exterior electrical. Again, Larry was very patient in answering all of our questions and responded promptly to all of our texts. We are so pleased with the final product (and our neighbors are too!) and look forward to our next projects with Larry! Larry
