My warranty company has sent this company to my home twice. The process of getting this company out to my home is always a delay. It takes them about 2-3 weeks from when you initially speak with them to get you scheduled just for them look at my washer and then 2-3 more weeks after until they can get what they need to fix my washer. They let you know the day before that they can come out to service not realizing people work and we should know at-least a couple days prior! Also when you ask if they can come at a specific time in the time frame they stated they would come and do the service they give an excuse that the servicer will get there when he is finished with prior work so it could be earlier. I don’t understand why they can’t give us a smaller time frame window so we can be home. Th

Landen came out and replaced the stovetop. He did a.great job. Worked until well after 5 pm. And was a nice guy. Thanks so much Landen and KRC

Looking at the information for this company, they appear to do more with HVAC. However, we were referred to them for appliance repair. They have delays in scheduling. Then, they tell you that the part is no longer manufactured. Yet, we went with Dependable Appliance Repair, and they ordered the part and fixed it quickly. Keep in mind this is not commenting on the HVAC.

I had a service request with my home warranty and KRC-Kinston Refrigeration was the provider. The serviceman was on time and diagnosed my AC unit with a failed compressor fan motor. He had a motor on his truck and very quickly had my unit working. He was polite , personable and very informative.

This company came to do a warranty call for a new Frigidaire refrigerator and after making their repair, left the refrigerator in worse shape than it was, and instead of making it right when calling to tell them about it, make the customer go through Frigidaire to submit another warranty claim on their faulty workmanship.
