We had such a great experience working with Kitchen Creations of WNY and are so happy with our new kitchen! Steve was so helpful in designing the kitchen, taking into account all our needs and wants. He was very responsive during the process and even made adjustments on the spot when we met. Everything was delivered timely and looks beautiful. We highly recommend Kitchen Creations!

We’ve only done a consultation so far, but it was the most delightful process we’ve gone through. Steve is our designer. He is so knowledgeable and efficient, never pushy or condescending. He helped us navigate through our options, then would take what my thoughts were and work off of those. We spent a good two hours there just going through countertop and cabinet ideas, and not once did I feel rushed or ignored. We’re still going through consultations, but this experience was so easy with him and I just had to share for when others go through this process. Thank you so much, Steve!

Kitchen Creations came up with a great renovation design for our small kitchen, maximizing space efficiently. Installers were professional. Absolutely satisfied with results. Can't go wrong in considering them for your project.

100% satisfied with Kitchen Creations ! We worked with Faith, our kitchen designer, and couldn’t have been happier. She was very knowledgeable about the products she was selling, and very patient and helpful with our kitchen design. We bought our cabinets and sink from Kitchen Creations, and worked with one of the contractors they recommended, Top Remodeling, for the actual install / remodel. Jeff, the owner, was absolutely wonderful. Again, very knowledgeable and set a time frame for his work, and was right on track with his time table. My kitchen looks more beautiful than I ever could have imagined.. I would highly recommend Kitchen Creations and Top Remodeling !

Absolutely impossible to work with. Called for a price and was told there were 42 choices and we’d have to come into the store. So we went to the store and a very nice gentleman showed us the catalog but said the only woman that could quote a price would be busy with another customer for at least another hour. Which he also told another customer that left. When I called back at a later date the owner told me that she refused to give out prices over the phone and that I should make an appointment. I did make an appointment but with another dealer. Unbelievably difficult to deal with these people in 2 of my 3 contacts with them.
