Typical slow as molasses 1 guy doing the work 8 guys standing around to watch utility company. Has been clogging up the busiest road in Scranton (Keyser Ave) for two weeks now to replace one section of pipe with the speed of a dead snail. Call and complain, excuse is “well, we’re just the contractor” well, it’s the contractor who does the work and determines how it’s going to go, isn’t it? Also, their road patches they leave behind after work… I’ve seen better quality from a kid with a Tonka set!

Absolute idiot snowplow driver. Turns into my private driveway and then across my front lawn with his plow down to use it as a turn around while narrowly missing my Dogwood saplings. Not once, but twice, and refused to acknowledge me when I came out and shined a flashlight directly at him. In response to reply: The truck clearly had Kriger Construction on the door in very large letters.

I'm on Clearview st in Scranton,they showed up out of nowhere,no notice. Closed my entire street and left no access. Worked All night long, again no warning, giant spot lights, trucks running spewing diesel and flashing lights. I guess they don't think anyone else needs to sleep. I asked the arrogant truck driver why he had to have the truck running in front of my house for 3 hours. He said basically tough he was going to be there all night. I again asked why the truck had to be running. He said he was waiting to back up, really for 3 hours all while he smoked and ate a sandwich. The most ignorant bunch I've ever come across. I will be lodging a formal complaint with whoever I have to. Figures Scranton would hire half asses like this.

Has major contracts all around NEPA but seems to have done quite a bit of firing of employees recently to get any real work done. Projects left abandoned and people's properties destroyed.
