I have been coming here for several years now with both of my vehicles, and recommending them to friends. After accidentally missing an appointment and them not being able to get me in for months, they canceled my locked in price and charged me $30 more on the spot without prior notification. Last time I will ever return to this location.

Great staff and service. Had my Truck rust proofed and i was pleased with the professional job that was done. Look forward for my next annual treatment. Straight up great people and service. 2nd year having the rust prevention oil spray. Undercarriage looks new and it's a 2016 terrain and the winters here are "SALT BEFORE PLOW". EXTREMELY HAPPY and I will recommend and continue to be a yearly customer.

Very unhappy, my wife thought she was getting a free wash service for being a long time customer and when her vehicle was done they made her pay for a undercoating, total rip off. For years we have had fall appointments so why would they think we wanted a undercoating now after only 6 months, I called and tried to reason with them but they could care less. We will never go there again and I will make sure our relatives and friends know
