The team at K&S is wonderful! They built out an amazing deck onto the house. The deck included two different staircases. They took the time to sand down all the railings and areas that would be frequently touched or rubbed against. They also pressure washed the entire deck when they finished!! Not only did they build the amazing deck but they also had it finished within a week! We also had ordered a new back door through them and wanted a doggie door added to it which they handled. The installation was quick and precise. Overall, I am extremely happy with the work the team at K&S has done for me and my family. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. They were great in the beginning, only company willing to do a roof with a new deck. They were also to remove a swing door and replace with sliding glass door. Long story short, their hired contractor had promised several times to come back and fix issues, he also still has a screen door. There are gaps in the door, cold air came in all winter, the roof leaks, the electric outlet doesn't work. Hiking another contractor, 6 months in to fix what they left behind.

I generously gave 2 stars because the 2 guys that built my pool deck did a great job. Unfortunately, those guys quit the company. Communication is nonexistent. The city inspector asked them to do 2 things and so far they refuse and try to take every shortcut they can. It's going on 3 months for a little 10 x 14 deck. Maybe they're better on other projects, but I never had to deal with a company that doesn't want to make their happy. I had other quotes that were less, but I felt that this company would do a good job. I, unfortunately, was wrong.

Had a very disappointing experience from start to finish- extremely poor communication. Ana when asked to do better at communicating they stopped all communication until they asked for the bill- of course. I felt like a bait and switch situation. Of all the roofing companies I’ve worked with and spoken too- I will NEVER be calling K&S for help ever again. The work wasn’t even done correctly either. Obviously.

We are very pleased with the service and workmanship of Kyle. Our master carpenter built us some beautiful stairs where we had a spiral staircase that was unusable. I would recommend this company for all your renovation needs!!
