I think most homeowners can tell the tale of how they got screwed over by a contractor, and i can with 100% certainty say our experience with KTF painting defied that stereotype! My husband and I bought our fixer upper over a year ago, and have been doing all the renovations ourselves, partly because we enjoy it, and also because it’s not in our budget to outsource a professional. Keith was a friend until he let me down with a bathtub replacement project. This was the only shower in a house with seven people, making the situation even more difficult. He took my $1000 deposit, which I never got back. He left my home in a mess, scratching the walls and steps. I will never use or recommend him again. I hope he doesn't treat all his "friends" this way. Sadly, I learned the hard way about his unprofessional behavior and lack of communication.
