I came home from vacation to a cold house on Saturday night. After checking the things that I could visually see, I called Kulacz & Sons but everyone was already busy. With a call back on Sunday morning they were able to have someone available to check out the furnace. The young man did a fantastic job and had it working within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend them and the cost Was reasonable. Great job!! Thanks TJ

Showed up at beginning of quoted time frame. Quickly diagnosed and replaced the broken part and fixed the issue. The price was great! Most importantly, the service man was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I will always call them first!

My furnace went out and they were quick to respond and send a tech out to diagnose the issue. Their crew is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had a crack in the heater exchange and they showed me to crack to back up their claim- no funny business. I would say the trip charge just for a tech to come out is a bit high though.

We had Kulacz out to service our furnace. We were very pleased with this company. The technician was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
