Roto-Rooter Plumbing, Drain, and Water Cleanup

The tech, Mike, showed up quickly and was very polite. He assessed everything walked me through every step of the repair process he planned on doing. There was another issue that popped up that he didn’t feel confident in fixing on the spot so he called another tech that specializes in that particular repair. Overall, service was great.

I had a pipe bust In my basements crawl space and Matthew came in and save my life and house literally. He is fast, very knowledgeable, and kind I am so thankful for Roto-Rooter. I found my forever pluming company. And the prices are reasonable as well. Jonathan is another tech that came out and helped as well they are both very knowledgeable, and helpful I am Soo happy that I went in this direction.

This isn’t my first review about Roto Rooter but I can’t say enough good things about them. We unfortunately bought a home that came with a slew of plumbing issues we have had to slowly mitigate. We’ve had them out for everything from excavation to sump pumps, remediation and general back ups. Every tech is phenomenal. They put their customers first and always come on time, always personable and knowledgeable. I joke that they’re all my friends at this point. They’re also affordable and every job seems to come with some kind of warranty. I refuse to work with any other company for ALL plumbing needs.

Matthew was amazing and he will be the only person that I want coming out for now on . YOU BETTER NOT LRSVR OR RETIRE MATT. He was very polite and explain things in a way that people could understand them. Unfortunately my lady 2 favorites have moved on but he is now our new family Roto- Rooter guy.

Mathew was awesome. Very professional and kind. He got the job done quick and did an excellent job. He's the guy I will call from now on.
