The guys in this store really know their stuff!! We had opened our pool in early May and after only a couple of weeks we noticed the water starting to turn green. The chlorine had been in a good range the entire time, so we weren't sure why algae was still able to grow! So we shocked the pool a couple of times hoping that would fix it, but it only got worse!! My Mom decided to take a water sample over to Kustomscapes & Pools to have it tested and they let us know certain things were out of balance in our pool. We purchased the recommended chemicals and added them. We had the water tested again a few days later and the readings were perfect! After a few days our pool was really starting to change! Crew that serviced and winterized my pool were friendly and professional. They competed their work efficiently. And went out of their way to remove all debris left over from performing the job.

I’ve been to Kustom Scapes Pools in Edgewater several times now, and every visit has been a great experience. Most recently, they helped me out with all the chemicals I needed after running a test on my pool water. They didn’t just sell me the products — they took the time to explain exactly how to apply everything properly, which I really appreciated.
