Good overall customer service. Technician was professional and explained in detail about the service and any concerns I had. I stick with KV because they installed my generator and did electrical work for me and I have been satisfied. Staff are very polite.

We couldn’t have asked for a better company or better Electrician. KV Electric was amazing.!! I highly recommend them and will use them always. I couldn’t believe how quickly they responded, when we were in need. Their work was top notch, and the inspection, for the permit, was approved right away .

We used KV for our custom home build and couldn't be happier. They were super detailed and easy to work with the whole time. We made a bunch of changes during the build (including moving walls) and they were patient and rolled with everything without any issues. Communication was great and everything turned out exactly how we wanted, highly recommend them and we will be using them again in the future.

TLDR Version: Buyer beware...Quality of work is average and if your project can be completed in a single day, you are probably fine...but as others have said, good luck getting them to follow through and complete a complex job that requires multiple visits. Also, be weary of authorizing payment beyond work that has been completed because they are liable to take that money and run. The service was on time and efficient diagnosing the problem and repairing it in good time. All ceilings were replaced and the area cleaned up as though they were never here. Great service and a good value.
