I scheduled attic service with KYT Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Inc, PA at my home in Pennsylvania, and I’m very impressed. The technician, Luke, completed a full Attic Inspection. He handled Attic Cleaning thoroughly and completed needed Attic Repair. Luke also performed a proper Attic Installation to improve efficiency. The attic space feels much better insulated now. Before finishing, he checked for moisture buildup. He explained their Mold Removal service, completed mold cleaning, and confirmed Mold Removal availability.

I had Scott out to service my air conditioning. He was out as a return call from my Sears Home Service Plan. The Sears tech came out and did his thing, but it only worked for 2 days. I called Sears and they stated no available slots, and referred me to Scott. If they would have sent me to Scott the first time I would not have been without air conditioning for 6 weeks. Scott was prompt, arrived when he said he would, easily available by phone and did a great job troubleshooting to give me a permanent fix. I would recommend him without reservation.

Excellent work, quick service, very friendly! We called our home warranty company to file a claim when our furnace wouldn’t work. The company they recommended couldn’t come out for a week. I said I needed same day and within 2 hours SE DUBBS was there, diagnosed the issue quickly, ordered the part, installed it and was done within an hour. Will recommend this company to anyone looking for quick, honest work from a great company!

ORIGINAL (3/2019): I will never allow anyone with S.E. Dubbs to enter my home again. It's unfortunate that I need to leave such a poor review, but I caution you to not use S.E. Dubbs for any heating or cooling services. Reading through the reviews, it looks like the father (Scott) helps carry the positive image of the company, and I wish we would have had him help us. However, the son, does a huge disservice, and is the reason for my complaint. I was required to contact S.E. Dubbs, per my warranty company. Justin was extremely unprofessional, and did not actually fix the issue we were having with our furnace. He was on the phone constantly, swearing and asking questions on how to fix our furnace.
