We had some water dripping into basement. We were fortunate to come in contact with Smith Waterproofing. They identified solutions, provided clarity on what they would do what it would cost. Performed the work exactly as described. Very professional from start to finish. They did a great job on the clean up. Highly recommmended.

This family operated business is very professional, organized & well orchestrated from their initial site inspection, to their work proposal, communications, contract, work habits, execution, to job completion. Just absolutely awesome! The Smith Waterproofing family hand dug and installed a french drain system to remediate our poorly graded front yard. Smith Waterproofing also dissected an eavestrough downspout and reconnected it to an underground drainage pipe. The french drain pipe and the eavestrough drain pipe were installed underground to a nearby wooded area where they daylight into a gravel riprap bed that was also constructed by Smith Waterproofing. Smith Waterproofing did an excellent job correcting a water problem in our basement crawl space in mid-2024. We were so thankful for their great work, especially in July 2025 when torrential rain flooded Mount Joy and surrounding areas, and the crawl space was completely dry. I highly recommend this company!
