Great purchasing experience with George Wu. This range hood from Fotile works excellently!

Great selection and service and excellent prices. George is friendly and efficient and easy to work with. We blew it and ordered the wrong finish on a vanity and he exchanged it no problem. Those saying service is poor have to understand it's a one man opetation most days and you might have to wait if he is with another customer. He referred us to a very good contractor as well.

We worked with George Wu on the design of our kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and front room. He provided excellent service, practical advice/design and prompt customer service. When one cabinet didn’t fit, he was able to get a smaller cabinet delivered immediately. His cabinets are also an upgrade from the KZ ones as they are finished on the bottom. Price was reasonable and it was easier to work with George compared to other KZ offices and cabinet makers. Highly recommend George.
