L J's Dirt Yard

This review is about the customer service, not quality of the product, which we never had the chance to test. We ordered 12 cubic yards of soil Monday and were told it would go out first thing Wednesday morning since we had 10 neighbors lined up to help us move it in the evening. By Wednesday afternoon 2:00 (and after getting their voice mail 7 times throughout the day), I drove to the Dirt Yard to find out that the truck had broken down. They didn't have the decency to call us and let us know of the delay. No returned calls whatsoever. Here we sat at home preparing for their arrival where we could have been making other arrangements. I can understand that equipment breaks down, but the right thing to do would have been to place one simple phone call and tell us that the order couldn
