What a great business! I've had the pleasure of working with Dong on two separate occasions, to refinish the floors in my house (downstairs first time, upstairs second time). They hadn't been done in ~40 years; when they were through, they looked like mirrors! The prices were more than fair, and there was zero mess afterwards. A totally professional operation. Last year, I had an unfortunate incident where a dog I was watching knocked over a bottle of solvent and ruined a large area of the finish in the living room. I asked for a quote to repair it, so what did they do? Dong drove out here, showed how to fix it myself (which worked perfectly) - and he didn't even take money for his troubles! You just don't see that kind of service. If you want an extremely reputable business that does A+

A number of years ago, I hired Dong to refinish all of the wood floors in a large, 120 year old Victorian, and Dong did a masterful job. He was extremely professional, pleasant, and the quality of his work was exceptional.
