Horrible skills, and horrific customer service. First time out they didn’t even pump our septic holding tank, didn’t find that out till a couple years later when they came back to pump it again. Hopefully that didn’t damage my leech field, close to 6 years without pumping the tank (even though we paid for it!) This second time they trashed my yard, and didn’t close the riser (I have two young kids running around), after several phone calls another guy came back to close it but broke it instead and then left without saying a thing. Next guy came to pump out the plastic from the broken riser and replace the riser, but brought the wrong tools. Then they just never came back or responded to a call or anything at all. Ron came out to our house for the first time and he was punctual and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to show me everything about our septic system, how it worked and what was going on. Obviously never fun to have to do this kind of work or service but he was very professional and it was a pleasure to work with him. Two Thumbs up!

Great service, I cannot say enough about the timely and friendly service I had from Anita. It was nice when every time I called she was so pleasant. My pool had a hole in the liner, we fixed it, it was green and half empty and was in dire need of water. They were extremely busy as it was coming up on the 4th of July weekend. But, She had said, they will do what they can to try and squeeze us in. Long story short!..... I had water within 3 days. Yay

We own a Airbnb in Kittery Point and the guests called up one night and said the septic alarm was going off. I called Morgridge LW & Son and they came out the next day to do repairs. I had not used them since owning a house on Depot Rd in 1990 but some things never change and this company is one of them. I talked to Anita who dispatched a service team out that morning. They found the septic tank, pumped it, found the problem, and power washed all components and the inside of the tank that day. There was follow up electrical work to be done to make sure the wiring was properly installed and the breaker in the main panel was correct.
