I called at 9am to request help with backed up sewer line. Spoke with dispatcher who was incredibly positive. David showed up 30 minutes later from Rooter Man and did an excellent job unplugging my line in a very cramped space. David worked hard and did everything possible to clear my sewer line successfully and remained professional and was extremely hard working. The cost was less than I imagined and was even given a military discount. The reviews got me to call them. Their service will keep me for life and I won't hesitate to refer to my friends. Rooter Man is a terrific service. The company always sends out an experienced field tech and he always get the job done no matter how tough it is. A couple of years ago, we had an impossibly clogged drain and by some miracle, the plumber was able to unclog it at a bare minimum of expense to us. You see, we were in the middle of renovating our kitchen and one of our bathrooms simultaneously, and unfortunately the drywall guys were rinsing all manner of gunky stuff down the drain.
