I called to get information on two generators I’ll be needing, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely understanding of what I was looking for. They offered to set up on-site consultations at both properties to review replacement options or discuss installing entirely new units if I decide to relocate them. I was especially impressed with their service plan and extended warranty options for the Generac units—it all seems like a great value. I’ll definitely be reaching back out in the spring to finalize the details. Highly recommend based on this experience. Very reasonable!

Paul is one of the techs here at this company and he is the very best! He has always been very astute, smart, knowledgeable, and polite. I have a Generac generator which has been giving me troubles since the get-go. It’s new…. But there have been a wealth of troubles. !! Paul has been here a few times to figure it out—and Paul has always and is very knowledgeable, supportive, smart, helpful. He takes dubious notes And is highly professional and dedicated to his work at Moriarity! He is now going to get another set of eyes to look at my new generator by Generac. Moriarty sold to us and services our backup generator. Over the years they have been wonderful to work with. The staff from sales to service and the office support have all been professional and knowledgeable. The occasional issues (battery failed, or when CMP, after a widespread outage, only providing partial power causing the generator to run (as it should) until CMP reestablished full power) have been managed promptly, always with appropriate recommendations and the assurance that they were with us until the problems were resolved, regardless of the time of day or day of the week. I’ve used Moriarty Electric for many years for all my electrical work from whole house generator service, to recessed light installation and beyond. They are my go to company for any job that I need done. I recently was looking to install a mini split and while researching, I decided to check with Moriarty Electric and sure enough they had recently added that service to their company. Jeff and Paul came by and measured the area and gave me great advice and mini split recommendations and a couple of weeks later they came by for the installation.
