La Rosa Del Monte Worldwide Movers

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the company La Rosa del Monte. During my move in May, several items were lost, including boxes with electronic items, cookware, and pots. To this day, I have not received any response from the company regarding the loss of these items. I have contacted both the Puerto Rico and Orlando, Florida departments, and they have not been able to provide a solution. I have been redirected from one place to another without receiving a concrete answer. Additionally, I have tried contacting the claims department with no success. The value of the lost items exceeds $1,500. I do not recommend this company due to the lack of response and resolution.

Terrible experience our shipping got to Miami Florida 5 weeks ago from Punta Cana DR. They keep saying it already on route to Orlando or is already there and soon should be released to wait for a phone call to set up the delivery, this was 4 weeks ago we keep calling every week and the same excuses are said. I would not recommend this company to anyone and after reading the others reviews of missing boxes and items I feel very uneasy about them.

I would strongly advise against using this company. My experience transporting my vehicle from Puerto Rico to Orlando, FL was terrible. Initially, I was told that shipping would take 4-6 weeks, but my vehicle arrived over two months later. Additionally, I was informed in Puerto Rico that I had paid in full and would not need to pay anything upon arrival in Orlando. This turned out to be false, as the Orlando office refused to release my car until I paid additional fees. Lastly, I immediately noticed damage, including a missing door handle. I was told I needed to pay to release car first and then file a claim, which was also untrue. After taking possession of the car, I discovered a dent on the tailgate. I truly was scared looking at the reviews but we move from Atlanta GA to Puerto Rico and the customer service in Orlando,FL was amazing, the pick up guys were very responsible, very delicate with the fragile boxes overall excellent service. Upon arrival at PR same thing multiple representatives calling me to let me know my boxes were here. Now just waiting to be delivered. Thank you Rosa Del Monte keep up the good work.

I am truly grateful for how Rosa del Monte made my moving process so smooth and stress-free. Starting with Maria from sales, I appreciate her patience and support throughout the entire process.
