We had a great experience with Lacina from start to finish. Chad did a great job giving us ideas and options for our windows that really helped make the process go smoothly. The installation crew did a fantastic job and were great to work with. Love our new windows. Great job.

Siding was installed well, steel cheaper than vinyl. Sofets and facial quality was acceptable although with muddy hand prints but thats washes off. The infinity by Marvin windows they use are amazing although the window installation was were I had issues. We were given the "part time handshake" late in the year and it was pretty bad. You're going to have issues with most companies when it comes to windows sadly now adays. I dont know what's so hard about finishing the ones you start in a timley fashion, or making sure they are foamed and finished well, but sub par work in that department is expected unless you get someone really good. Foam can be fixed easy yourself if you know how to pull and reset interior trim, the outside sills however (always forget the industry name for them) do no

I built a house in Mankato, Minnesota and was referred to Lacina Siding and Windows for the windows. After they installed such beautiful windows, I had them continue and do the siding, stone work, roof, soffit/fascia, and gutters. Each group was highly professional and proficient. I'm thankful that we found and used Lacina Siding and Windows for each area of our new home. It turned out beautifully.

The salesman, Chad, was so knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy in any way. He gave advice that he would follow as if it were his own home. I really appreciated his expertise and kindness. The installers, Ryan and Brooks, were wonderful. They worked with precision and talent. They answered my many questions and made sure I understood their plans and timelines. They picked up all messes and took the old windows and other pieces with them each day. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and love my new views and doors.

We dealt with multiple window and siding companies to get estimates. They were all great to work with, but Chad stood out as not only a good sales person, but as a consultant. We had a lot of questions that he was able to answer very quickly. Also, when he said he would follow up he did.
