It’s a sweatshop. Works the employees good and hard, standing 8 hours a day for 40 hours a week in a large, hot building with barely any air-conditioning and pays about a quarter an hour. Only let your loved one with developmental disabilities work here if you’re okay with them being taken advantage of and basically used for slave labor. Special needs people deserve so much better, especially for the hard work they put in here.
