Laigle Floorcovering & Design- Canton, CT

We had a great experience with Laigle Floorcovering. Riley took good care of us from Day One, seamlessly picking up where we left off after having worked with Cook and Kozlak (previous owners, also a 5-star experience). One glitch with the order was made right within a day (VERY impressed with how this was handled), and the installation? Let’s just say, Hector is the consummate professional. Perfectly laid floor and trim. He did meticulous work and is a very kind person. Also had nice interactions with Christine in the office. We love the new floors!

To give Laigle Flooring of CANTON five stars would be an understatement so I’m giving them a 10!!! that’s right, 10 STARS. Christine, Riley and Sam are unbelievably helpful, experienced and very knowledgeable. I’m a very fussy person so for them to accommodate me was unbelievable. I just can’t say enough about this team and this Flooring Store. We’ve had carpet installed and more recently Mirage 7” Hardwood Flooring which I think is the best and it’s absolutely, positively gorgeous. My installer “Mike” was just as fussy as me if not more so. I did not have to worry about him at all. This guy is a very big asset to that company. He was not only friendly and wanting to make sure everything was perfect, but his workmanship is impeccable. I’ll tell you, you cannot go wrong with Laigle of C

Cook and Kozlak has a great selection of high quality flooring material. I have found them to be very helpful every time I do business with them. They carry wood, tile, vinyl, and carpet. Their prices are competitive and they do excellent work.

A company that cares about the concerns of the customer first. That says it all! Installed a new kitchen floor beautifully, and in a very timely manner. Had a small detail that needed changing and was fixed without question and again, in a very timely manner. I am very impressed with the quality of work and the integrity of the company. Definitely the premier flooring company in our area!
