Suburban Sanitation Service & Portable Restrooms

Called this morning at 7:45 and Tom answered right away after being paged by the answering service. He arrived before 8:30. Beyond punctual, just so fast! Tom was super friendly and conversational, explained what he was doing and what he saw. We had a backup in our main drain line and he got the pipe running again as well as inspected our entire tank with a mirror, flashlight, and probe. He did 4x as much work as Wind River has ever done for us and the emergency rate was cheaper than Wind River’s routine maintenance fees. I’m glad I found these guys, wish I’d found them years ago.

I typically don't leave reviews but felt compelled to do so after the service received today. Chuck was professional, polite and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to explain the entire process of the septic cleaning and filter replacement. Luckily, I switched to SSS because the previous septic company was not removing the other cover which was resulting in the tank essentially being half cleaned each time. This was evident by the build up of solids. In addition to properly cleaning the tank, Chuck also managed to carefully remove the turf above the covers and reinstall upon completion of the cleaning which was awesome. Couldn't even tell he was there. Hats off to Chuck and SSS. Very satisfied customer. Thanks again and classic lesson that you get what you pay

We needed inspection and evaluation of a septic system for a house we wanted to purchase. New to the area, Suburban was recommended to us. We were very pleased with the services we received from Jeff and Nick. The work was completed quickly and we found them both very professional and easy to work with

Ive had Chuck take care of my septic system for the last 15 years. He is the most professional educational person that makes having your septic system running smoothly. I wouldn't have any other person or company take care of my system.

Purchased our house over 2 years ago, but we used the small town company that our realtor hired to do the inspection on the septic tank..... worst decision we ever made!!! They did not put the filter back in so less then a year later after our first pump out it backed up in to our basement. Called them and they told me I need a plumber not them. So finally, we decided enough was enough and we called SSS. You answered our questions, showed us the problem. And stayed to make sure everything worked properly again!!!! Best poop company ever!!!!
