An unreasonable price for 15 seconds of work. I can understand a minimum service fee, but this was completely unprofessional ($100). The service cost was more than the small lock box purchased from Amazon. They could care less about securing repeat business fron customers. They gouged a customer that needed a service urgently. They are unworthy of their current rating.

Incredibly expensive and they kept adding on charges. I got a quote and this ended up $200 more. Shop around. These guys are wild.
