Lake Winsupply

I work as a maintenance man at a lake area business. Over the last two years I have been in the store 4 times. They have claimed not have have what I needed every time. Today it was for simple faucet aerators. The guy frowned immediately when I showed him the part I was looking for. He then wanted to know the brand, model and photos of the faucet. When I didn't have this he recommended just cleaning them, but they didn't have this in stock. I wondered with all the small parts inventory they surely have how he knew they didn't have this particular part of the top of his head. I told him I would go to the next place to find them. This guy evidently never learned customer service I would suggest taking your business to any of our other plumbing supply stores in town like Tolman company or Lowes or Home Depot

Great place to buy your electrical supply and tools also. They had what I needed to get the job done!!!

I was not there to purchase. However was there with a friend who purchased. Everyone was super friendly and helpful!! When my time comes to choose fixtures etc. this is where I will go!!

Full service, fully stocked HVAC and plumbing supplier. Extremely helpful folks. Patient with non-contractor types like myself.
