Derek arrived at the scheduled time. We spoke on the driveway after he had removed his tools and plastic booties from the truck. I told him my problem and he set to work checking the theromastat and both units. He was a very pleasant young man, knowledgable about the HVAC, as well as courteous. and respectful. He answered several questions that I had. When he was finished and left, my heating unit was working perfectly.
