I was told by the city that I had a gas leak and they shut my gas off. Russell Plumbing came out the very next day, quickly found and fixed the issue, and got everything taken care of without any hassle. They were professional, efficient, and the final cost was actually less than what they originally quoted. Great experience from start to finish — I would absolutely recommend Russell Plumbing to anyone I know.

Best service and quick response. I had a pipe leak located by water meter. I called Russell plumbing. Fast arrangements same day. Russell came by while I was at work and fixed within 30 min. Best service ever. When I called I got a very friendly response by Receptionist so helpful and kind. I will continue to use Russell's plumbing .

Chargeed almost $500 to replace an outside hose bib. lol Although other work was to be performed, they were unable to do so at the time because they didn't have the proper tools (despite the fact that they had stopped by to do an estimate). This caused me to miss one half day of work. Subsequently, I did not receive communication on an invoice until Kerrington, in the main office, begain threatening me. I had been sent an incorrect invoice. Furthermore, when they left my home, they had the water to two sinks turned off. A friend came by to finish one of the jobs they started and get my water back on. Do better. They called a total of three times. It was not until the last time that they mentioned not having received payment and were threatening me. Again, I received ONE incorrect bill. I r

Russell Plumbing and Air Conditioning Services came out within the hour on a Sunday evening. They were very professional and got the problem fixed in a very timely manner for a fair price. We will be using them for all our future needs.

I appreciate the staff looking for a specific type of toilet with an overflow so that even with a clog we have no water problems. They worked hard and my home warranty was being a pain and they got it done!
