I recently had an issue with my fireplace burner not functioning correctly. The technician was thoroughly professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. It turned out to be a broken part, which they had in stock and were able to replace on the spot. I was particularly impressed by their efficiency and how they managed to fix the issue in such a short time. Moreover, the pricing was very reasonable, and there were no unexpected charges. We contacted Bill the day before a nor’easter because naturally thats when our heater would die. He responded and came out the same day. The issue was fixed quickly for a very reasonable price. This was the second time hes done work on our heater and he has always been professional and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend!

All I can say Bill and his crew are awesome. My ac was broke and needed to be replaced. Bill came out gave me a great price and said he could do it that day. I will use Lamb again. Thanks again your a life saver.

I have no idea why in the world that Lamb received such a review. I was referred to Bill’s business by a friend in Deptford who needed similar work because our homes are now about 30 years old. Bill came over promptly and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I needed new water heater, and new air conditioner. I also wanted to have a new heater . The guys came on time and as you can imagine the work was done efficiently and the job was beautiful. The job took 1 and 1/2 days, but I expected this. The guys worked while I worked outside all day. Bill is personable and gives a fair price as opposed to other people who gave estimates. They cleaned up each day before they left. I would highly recommend Bill Lamb’s business. We appreciated them coming out in a timely manner, we appreciated them fixing my heater twice, The only thing we did not like was not knowing in advance how much the cost would be or an itemized invoice, it just had the total. The service guys were very nice.
