Blocked entry point into my attic after re piping. Was told by the company “the homeowner approved of the placement” (no one was ever asked about placement). After calling and explaining the situation, multiple times We were told if we want them to come out and re-pipe, we are responsible for the costs of labor. I cannot give a good review for a business who cannot take accountability or responsibility when they are at fault for a mistake and who Outright lied multiple times saying that we Approved of the location. This complaint is not for the workers who came to my house and did their jobs, but for whoever Is running this establishment and seems To not really care about their customers and continued business.

We recently replaced a 25-year-old furnace with a new Trane system. Scheduling was quick and the quoting process was professional, but the installation itself was more difficult than expected. The initial install required corrections for leveling and sealing, and additional visits were needed to reconnect our humidifier and address electrical installation issues. Some aspects of the system—such as thermostat compatibility and how to access the furnace’s full variable fan capability—were not clearly explained during the bidding process. While the technicians were polite and returned to address issues when asked, the overall installation experience suggested a lack of experience and oversight for a premium product installation.

Whoever is representing this business and the main contact for Lambasio has poor customer service. I have been lied to, false reports sent in, and a lack of communication or responsibility taken. I was told I would hear from this company, but had to reach out multiple times myself. I believe they were hoping the “problem” would disappear. No accountability was taken in the mistake made by their company. Instead the blame was attempted to be put on me and my lack of having the right contract when in fact the service was denied because the wrong date was put in. Instead of taking ownership, they deflected and made my septic situation a lot harder. I was told I would hear from the “boss” today. The work day is over and no call has been made my way. 5 Stars!! I called on a Saturday night for a clogged drain in basement and I received very prompt service. Bryson called to let me know that he was on his way and he got drain unclogged in no time. He was friendly and very professional and explained how and where the drains all ran. Will definitely use Lambasio again for more projects! Thanks Bryson!

They have done a lot of work for us over the years and they are always top notch. They go above and beyond the call of duty and always with a friendly smile on their face. All the people at lambasio treats us like family and not just a another customer. If I could give em 10 stars I would.
