Lamphier & Company are amazing contractor's, they are vey professional whether it is office personal, crews and or management. Whispering Waters Apartments, A Condominium Association due to their excellent service have been a preferred vendor since 2009. In addition to this community they have done work for other communities/associations I manage. Great Company led by a passionate leader who takes pride in his company's work product and is personally involved in the quality and progress of the project. Lamphier & Company was chosen by Park West Condominium Association following an extensive review and bidding process to complete a major Community Improveent Project which involved 5 buildings, 4 of which were built in 1982 and in need of major structural repairs including many patios with spalling. Care was given to minimize resident inconvenience and workmanship was done from lifts for access to the building envelope and condo patios. Lamphier supervisors on staff daily during the multi-million dollar project interacted well with the Association's Structural engineer and insured that all repairs were completed to code.
