I had a wood fence installed just three months ago and it’s already splitting and cracking. I had planned on sealing it after 90 days and keeping its natural color but the wood is discolored and turning grey. For the price I paid, I expected something that would actually last at least 2 years (which I don't think is too much to ask for). When I reached out, I basically got told “that’s just how wood is and the wood is not warrantied,” which felt dismissive. If this is the quality and customer service they provide, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
