I'm incredibly happy with the Lancaster Pole Buildings and the entire process. The sales guy Matt came out to review all my options and complete the design and color selections together seamlessly. He patiently waited while I worked through my variances and permits answering my questions along the way the best he could. Travis scheduled the work and it all happened right on the original timeline I was quoted. It's always a pleasure when work actually happens on time. The crew that built my building was awesome. Amos was the crew foreman and he ran a great crew. They worked incredibly hard and fast and got my large building up in 1 week. 2/25 - The team came and modified my existing structure. They worked in lousy weather and got the job done perfectly. Sales and planning are always on point. They have long-term employees, skilled and know their craft. I always recommend this company to friends and family who see what I've selected as a pole building, and want one for their own. It's been a year since our outbuilding was completed. We had everything finished and included vapor barrier and interior concrete. Let me start by saying I have a keen sense for attention to detail. When I started the process of finding a builder, I was not impressed with the process most companies used. They all seemed like they were too busy to talk to you. Keeping in mind, we built a 40x80x16 building with 5 overhead doors, 8 windows, 2 cupolas, and 2 man doors. In my head this was a big project, so I didn't understand the reason for the short conversations with the other companies I called. From my first phone call with Matt and coming to my house to finalize a plan. I choose Lancaster pole barn. The crews were on time efficient quality of work. was above amazing. They use top of-the-line building materials I asked for the perma columns and a fully insulated and white lined interior, they did not disappoint. I chose to get my own concrete and garage door because I wanted custom.
