Lance has helped me out a couple of times, he is a honest guy who knows what he is going and is very competitive with his pricing. He helped me install a heat pump, he also does gas fireplaces, and more, I assume.

Lance installed a ducted heat pump, AC, and gas fireplace in my house, as well as a ductless system in my garage. The county inspector was so impressed with the quality of the work that he hired him to work on his own home! The AC worked well in the summer and now the heating is keeping us cozy warm through the winter. We were so grateful to have that gas fireplace during the days we lost power in the winter storm. Highly recommend!

Lanceman construction and team did an excellent job installing AC in our home this summer, as well as installing a gas fireplace for the winter. They worked through 100 degree weather in our attic to get the job done in a very timely manner. The AC worked beautifully and kept us cool through the summer’s heat. The fireplace looks great and works well. 100% recommend.
