Future HOA if your reading this take notes. This company is terrible at removing snow and putting down salt! Break personal property over the summer doing landscaping. Horrible that a office doesn’t answer there phones! that’s a different story back to the snow. They don’t put down any salt, to save them selfs money and only salt with a couple weeks of winter left “Don’t know what contract they have with our Association” I can tell it’s a terrible one unfortunately we pay that fee, this past weekend we had a terrible ice storm. Nobody came to salt noting. Monday Jan 10, 2022 they finally come don’t know for what “To lay down a wheel barrel of salt” for a big townhomes complex makes no sense. In Vernon hills Butterfield and rt45 you guys should be disappointed in your efforts and business.

Land Escapes is contracted to do snow removal for my complex. Their operator had damaged personal property during the last snow event. He admitted that he had done it during a conversation right after. He also did not finish the snow removal. Several (5+) phone calls to the business to discuss the matter have gone unanswered.

Dean and his Crew have been an Amazing asset to our businesses appearance.! Highly Recommend Land Escapes!
