I was very pleased with the entire experience on our outdoor lighting. The initial estimate was accurate and precise in exactly what work was going to be performed. The installation of the lighting was done professionally. In addition, the clean up was done well so you wouldn't even know that lighting had been installed. I would call Landscape Lighting Resources again if we need any additional lighting and I would recommend them to anyone interested in outdoor lighting.

We have been enjoying our gorgeous outdoor lighting for over 3 months now, and it is definitely one of the best and most enjoyable enhancements that we have made to our home on Lake Norman! We are not quick to trust, but you can and should trust Douglas Meinhard and his tech. They are very talented, and their superior work with quality lights is truly transformative. After reading all the reviews here and on their website, I feel like my experience was with an entirely different company. While the finished product has been an improvement to our property both in appearance and security purposes, the customer service aspect was severely lacking in my opinion. I received the incorrect quote prior to the start of the job; but I decided to move forward and trust the process. My slated installation date was moved but I was never contacted to schedule a new date. A 1 day (2 day possible) expectation was set but it took 3 partial days and waiting over the weekend to finish.
