I was sitting around thinking how valuable that landscape supply and rental has become to my small business. This is hands-down one of the best rental shops that you can go to. They have what you need. They have some of the best prices and the best customer service; they truly go out of their way to make it a great experience for the customer. They keep their social media up to date, letting customers know what’s going on, letting people know the new equipment they get, if they are closing for a holiday or bad weather. They really strive to be a great company. I truly enjoy renting things from them. Landscape supply and rental is one of the best rental companies I have ever found. They also have nice, well-maintained equipment that does not break down.

Awesome customer service at the front desk. The man who loads the trucks is quick and snappy and doesn’t have a lazy bone in his body. On top of it all, every single bit of material I have purchased through Landscape Supply & Rental has been top notch and perfect. The customers are always very happy with the quality and so am I.

David is excellent and always delivers promptly with good communication. I get all my rentals here for personal use and my business.

If I could give negative stars I would... I paid on Tuesday to have an excavator delivered on Friday was told it would be delivered Thursday or Friday... Friday came and no machine, got a call at 1:30 saying it would be delieved at 4:45 their driver's all called out. How is it my problem they didnt have drivers when I paid for the service. I wasted 2 days waiting for the machine, have now lost money and as a small business owner, every dollar counts. Then when I wanted some sort of compensation (just a few extra hours) for the new delivery date of Saturday(which they don't make deliveries on) an ill tempered woman just said they would refund my money and I would not be getting the machine. Now as a small business owner I look bad because I can't do the promised work. Never rent from this

Have rented equipment from Talbert Rentals several times now, with plans for several more - always treated well and fairly. Why buy this stuff when an occasional rental is far cheaper? - Jay
