Landscape Workshop

The company that I work for has been using Landscape Workshop for the maintenance of our property for several years and the service we had received was acceptable, until the last 6 or so months. For some reason, they just stopped performing all services except for mowing and blowing grass clippings. Our bushes got out of hand, and we had to call them out twice to get that taken care of. Then, when Spring came around this year, the weeds came up like a jungle. Part of our contract included five chemical treatments to the lawn throughout the year. The last ones were supposed to be in September and October 2024, but from the condition of our lawn, these treatments were never performed. This company bought out our previous landscaper and we were promised our service wouldn't change. Since March, our entrance and common areas have been neglected with the bare minimum effort and attention from LW. We've found areas where their teams were gathering dead branches and just piling them up behind our tennis court seating. Our grass has died. Our flowers have been neglected and look wild and unkempt. We had them out recently to review our property and they were reluctant to address the issues. They were eager to add costs to the work required to get our property back to where it would have been if they had taken greater care during the last 6 months. We have decided to switch companies.
