Great to work with for industrial commercial work. Very knowledgeable and willing to work around production schedule. Very safe and take extra precautions. Open with billing and quoting work to be done. Good communication and quick response time.

We're thrilled with the work that Lapp completed for us! They installed some new outlets, lights, and fixed up some old house problems in a timely fashion. Even better, they beat the next big electrician company's timeline, cost, and experience by a mile. Their technicians showed up and communicated well. They were polite and efficient. This was the worst experience I have ever had for a simple undermount cabinet lighting project. Keep in mind the tile was not installed until 5 days after they came out to do my project. First they want to add two different types of lights under our cabinets the day of install. This was after waiting 8 weeks to get the lights due to back order. When Lapp Electric tried to explain it would take 2 switches and a totally different type of lighting I should have cancelled right then and there. How can you do electrical work and offer two different lights meaning the color will vary and it will not look uniform. Then they wire the switch without asking in a way you can barely find a switch plate to cover 1 toggle 2 duplex see photo. You cant just go buy a plate cover from lowes or home Depot. T

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT recommend. The absolute worst customer service we have dealt with. Adding material charges to our bill when they did absolutely no work at our house. Over $800 and all they did was come out to our house and look at our wire from the ground. They completely ignored our request for an itemized bill so we know what we are actually paying for. They have removed the false material charges now we are left with a few hundred dollar bill for absolutely nothing. Truly a disappointment.

My experience with Lapp Electric was incredible and exceeded my expectations. Lapp Electric was recommended to me by another company who was unavailable to service my electrical problem. They were able to address my issues quickly, which was important considering a fuse had blown and an outlet caught fire. Tim K. was the first to come out to assess the severity of my electrical issues and recommended two guys come out to dig deep into the root of my electrical issues and evaluate the wiring. (It wasn't until the following week that Tim realized he knew my dad who passed away two years ago - small world)! Those two guys were Al and Danny.
