I can’t say enough good things about Larry Mills Services. The guys were incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. they took the time to explain everything they were doing, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure the system was working properly before they left. It was obvious that they care about doing the job right and about educating customers, not just rushing through the service. They fixed a few issues on the spot. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs septic service.

Awesome process. Every other septic company we called gave us a 6-8 hour window would not give us an appointment time. We called Larry mill and immediately got an appointment time window of just an hour! They came within 10 minutes of that window super friendly and efficient. They pumped our septic right outside our bedroom window where my wife and one year old were sleeping and didn’t even wake them up. Will always use them in the future and highly recommend. Also they were the cheapest we found by 25 dollars.

I’ve had an ongoing issue with Larry Mills Services, Inc. and their septic truck disrupting my neighborhood. Their truck has been using Palmetto Ave as a shortcut for over a year, bypassing traffic lights at US 92 and Route 11, and it’s causing serious disturbances. The truck frequently passes by fully loaded, making excessive noise as it accelerates heavily through the neighborhood. On several occasions, the driver has honked the horn for no reason, startling me and others nearby. Even worse, the truck has driven over my driveway multiple times, despite the street not being designed for heavy vehicles of this size. When I contacted the company, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior(The woman on the phone said "I REALLY DON'T CARE WHAT COMPLAINT YOU HAVE, WE WILL DRIVE PAST ANYWAY)

What a great team! We hired Larry Mills to do our septic and drain field replacement. They were the ONLY ones of the 4 companies we had quote mention to us about recommendations with our trees. We were relocating our field due to random placement and not done properly by previous owners. I think he even said "I won't put it there till you get those trees out otherwise I will be back replacing in a few years because the roots will find your field." I am so glad he told because I would not have like to call someone back in a few years to pay for this again. They just finished the job and it was a wonderful experience from first initial contact with Cynthia in the office to them leaving. Used this company when I bought my house at the recommendation of my realtor. They came out and pumped the septic tank no issue last October and we're able to answer our call quickly. We are now having an issue with our tank, and I figured I would call them because I enjoyed their service the first time. I have called twice and no one answered, and left a message and now four days later I still haven't gotten a returned call. I would have loved to use them again but two no answers and no call backs have me looking for a different company.
