My air conditioner went out over a month ago. Originally I had another company come in, but they messed it up worse. I called Brian, and he immediately went to work for me. While I waited for the new part to come in and be installed, he even offered to lend me a window unit for my bedroom, so I could sleep comfortably at night. I highly recommend Larsen’s, and I come from a family that has been in the HVAC business for over 60 years in Michigan.
Called to schedule an appointment and was redirected to another number. Left a voice mail but received no call back. Are they still in business?
Came out same day and fixed within 15 Minutes. Amazing and does the right thing!
What happened to Brian? Is he OK? Was there an accident? Calling, calling, calling and no answer...
We deeply regret using this company.
