Called in March to get a quote to install and then called again at the end of April because they had not contacted us and they said they were going to start scheduling ‘soon’ and they had a fire and were working through that… more than two weeks have passed and they still have not gotten back. If you don’t want the business, don’t pretend you are going to call back, just say you decline the business.

knowing that in today's environment it is very difficult to get qualified workers. Lautner Irrigation does its very best. My personal experience is of excellence in terms of service and quality of response. I'm sure all of us would like service sooner when we call but we have to keep in mind there's others waiting also. technicians including Mike and staff inside including Casey and Colleen have provided excellent service for me. I recommend using them and be patient with them, it’s worth the small inconvenience.

Lautner Irrigation deserves four stars for customer training alone. One of my sprinkler heads failed. I didn’t know the model - just the manufacturer’s name on the top. It was installed twelve years ago, so a newer model was probably needed, but I had no idea what that should be. I didn’t know how adjust it to get the degrees of arc I required. Sure, I did a hitch in the USN. But though the Navy said they’d teach me everything I’d ever need to know, they never mention sprinkler heads in boot camp and “A” school. Fortunately the Lautner Lady found the product I needed, and patiently explained how to get it to do what was needed. I just installed and tested it; it works fine. My wife no longer thinks I’m completely useless.

I don't have any issues with the quality of service, however, the price for service is outrageous. They charged me $90 to winterize the sprinklers at a house downtown with a lawn the size of a postage stamp. When I lived downstate, I had a 1.3 acre yard with a dozen zones, and I was only charged $60 to winterize the system. I tried to challenge the charges, and they wouldn't budge. Disappointing.
