Signed up for the service. All seemed to be going well. Received phone call and text message from provider verifying if a particular time range was OK with me. Told them any time on the scheduled day (Monday) was fine. Nobody showed up. Received an e-mail they were rescheduling to Wednesday. Again, no show. Message rescheduling to Friday and someone would definitely be there. Friday comes and still nobody shows up. Went out and bought a lawn mower and mowed the lawn myself. Went to the website to cancel my account (it is after 8pm by this point) and I get a pop-up message that I'll be charged a fee for cancelling the "same day" a service is scheduled. Right. Stay Clear Away! Continuous messages that cannot get to me, as their "workload is too heavy." You'll have to sign up for "recurring mowing" as they do not offer a single service. Trying to cancel the contract is so hard. It is a toll free number (no local rep at all). This is a SOLID 1 STAR outfit!

Never showed up to cut my lawn, but charged me for two mows. Service is very difficult to cancel. Absolutely a scam, never contract with these people.

Booked to have our lawn mowed to prepare for some spring planting and re-seeding. They came the very next day and did an amazing job with even our slanted yard, and the sidewalk trims, and carefully moved some lawn decor aside to get every last inch. Looking forward to booking again after we get our plants settled in. Edited to adjust the review- they have never been able to send anyone for regular service when we’ve tried to book repeat work in Pittsburgh- our lawn pros for the one-time were great, but not worth getting bumped for weeks with no service at all afterwards. A bummer- I was really hopeful, but they just can’t keep up with the work on a repeat basis.

Since I’ve been looking for someone to take care of my yard. It’s been a hassle. I considered Lawn Love a few years ago but felt the pricing was high especially for my yard. Well this year I said I’d give them a try. The first day was scheduled for April 6th. They rescheduled it for April 8. I went on the website to skip the service day because not only did I not have the funds for it but I felt it wasn’t needed. I got a confirmation saying he’s coming for sure between the 8th or the 9th I canceled again. I get a text message at 7:05pm saying he’s on the way I responded back and said I canceled the visit. Never heard back and I get another text saying how I would rate my service today. And an email saying I owe $57. Well since it was DARK I had to check his work the next day. He didn’t eve
