I have struggled on giving this review. I give 5 stars to Shelby and his personally. Up until the most recent repair I would give this company a 5 star review, but now I can't. 2 of the 5 valves needed to be replaced, we chose to just have all 5 done. Do to this repair the box that covers the valves needed to also be replaced. This box was completely buried and we had it covered with landscaping rocks. The new box was not buried deep enough and we had to dig everything up again, dig deeper so we could place the box where it needed to be. The box was also cut which comprises the structural integrity of said box. We did not have the time to do all of this, so it was an inconvenience. It took 3 visits for this job to get done. We’ve been using Lawn Systems for the past 15 years. They installed our irrigation system when we built our house in 2010 and have been the only company we trusted for our spring and fall irrigation maintenance since then. Shelby has been the maintenance technician who has performed our spring start up and fall shut off for the past couple of seasons and has done a great job. He cares about the work he does and makes it his personal mission to make sure our irrigation system is finely tuned during the spring start up. Can’t say enough about this company.

We had our sprinkler system installed by Lawn Systems when we built our home over 28 years ago, and they've been servicing it ever since. We recently had an issue where a sprinkler head was accidentally covered up by a new AC unit installation. Jesse came out, we talked through the issue and the best way to handle the situation. He listened, was professional, found the problem, and quickly resolved the issue. Thank you, Jesse.

Today I had Garrison from lawn systems do a mid year service check. Over the years I have had many different service people and Garrison was absolutely the best. He was personable, efficient, answered all my questions and took proper care of all details. In addition he took the time to talk with me to explain some things I had not been familiar with. I can truly say is one of the best, if not the very best, service provider I have had to deal with in many years. I would highly recommend him. Before he left my property he mentioned he had noticed a gas smell coming from the area of my meter. Turns out I had a gas leak and because of him it was caught while it was still easily fixed by Spire.

Shelby did a fantastic job. He was on time, explained what he was scheduled to do and completed his work in a timely fashion. He then updated me on my sprinkler system and thanked me for my business. Highly recommended him!
