Lawson Concrete

I am in utter shock that a company treats their customers like this. Their delivery truck DESTROYED my driveway and I have literally been ignored. I am planning to take them to court but I wanted to PREVENT OTHERS from potentially going through what I did. An asphalt company came out, gave me a quote to get things repaired and highlighted all the damages in yellow spray paint We tried to reach out to the Lawson Concrete numerous times to no avail. Have been talking to Kim and Kandace, and Kandace is the owner. No one seems to care or respond.

We were looking for a company to deliver and place concrete in our backyard. Kim was great, very knowledgeable and patient. She followed up with us to ensure the company was able to meet our requirements. The crew that delivered the cement was GREAT, we were concerned about the truck getting stuck, but the driver worked with us to get the job done. We will definitely use Lawson again.

After being rescheduled 3 times in one week by Lawson Concrete, I finally got a delivery date. Hired a crew of 3 workers to spread the concrete. Lawson Concrete texted me 30 minutes AFTER the time they were supposed to be at the job site to say they were not coming out. Gave NO explanation. I tried calling them but no one answered my calls or my texts. What a sorry way to treat a customer. BEWARE of this shoddy outfit.

Usually, my husband mixed the concrete himself when he get a side job (new/fix driveway, side walk, patio). But this time, He decided to order. I called a few concrete companies but most of them felt like they don't want to help me specially when I was asking for an estimate. I'm glad I spoke with Ms. Kim. Right there and then I knew I got the right company. Ms. Kim did go above and beyond customer service. My husband got another side job (new driveway) this week, I already made my second order😁😁

Incredible customer service, organized, informative, patient with all my questions. Kim was so pleasant to speak with and just has everything under control! We will certainly be returning to do business with Lawson Concrete!
